I bought this Chromebook on Amazon about 6 weeks ago. I hesitated for weeks because I was always a Windows PC user. But my budget was low for a new machine and I realized I could forego having much internal storage because most of what I do - and save - is now online. With 'flash drives' as backup for short term saving. With some doubts, I ordered this Chromebook. I'm qite uhappy w/ it. It arrived on time. Setup was no hassle and guided by the enclosed short guide. Other questions are answered by the user manual available at same Amazon page as the item. So far, no memory (speed) problems. I've had 3-4 tabs open sometimes at once and haven't had RAM issues. The screen clarity is good. I haven't used the camera or done a video meeting yet so I can't rate those things. I had a prob w/ viewing the backlit keyboard keys only 1 time when I was working in very bright light w/ the sunshine pouring on to the back side of the lid on the machine. Otherwise never an issue there. Despite some other users' comments, I print easily using a USB cord w/ my 6 yr old HP deskjet printer. I will set up that printer in the Cloud so I can print wirelessly but haven't done that yet. Instructions for that are in user manual, too. Finally - since there is only 1 old style USB port (A?) for about $9 I boght a USB accessory that plugs into the one port and provides 4 ports of this type. Easy solution. There are 2 type C ports too. Overall I'm very pleased with this one, hope to get 18 mos to 2 yrs out of it at least.
